Audit & Assurance Partner Samantha Graboff has been appointed president of the Western Pension & Benefits Council’s Orange County Chapter.
“As the newly appointed president of the Orange County Chapter, I will ensure that our events continue to inspire, educate, and foster collaboration through networking,” says Samantha, who has been a member of the Orange County Western Pension & Benefits Council for 17 years and a board member since 2012.
The Western Pension & Benefits Council was founded in 1954 to address the educational needs of pension specialists. The Orange County Chapter has been a part of the WP&BC for more than 32 years and promotes an exchange of information and ideas among employee benefits professionals. Members include ERISA attorneys, CPAs, third-party administrators, investment industry benefits specialists, financial advisors, actuaries, benefits consultants, and plan sponsors’ in-house benefits professionals. The WP&BC is recognized as one of the premier educational and professional organizations in the western United States for the dynamic field of employee benefits.
Samantha specializes in audit and consulting services for employee benefit plans of private, public, and nonprofit plan sponsors, including 401(k), 403(b), profit-sharing, health and welfare, defined benefit and ESOPs. She has over 20 years of experience with audit procedures for ERISA plans, privately held companies, and nonprofit organizations.
