LONG BEACH, CA – August 23, 2018 – Windes, a leading California accounting and advisory firm, has been named as one of the 2018 Best Places to Work in Los Angeles and Orange Counties by the Los Angeles Business Journal and Orange County Business Journal, respectively.
These surveys and award programs are designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best employers in each county. There are three classifications based on number of employees. Windes is categorized as a medium-sized company.
Firms from across the counties participated in the two-part survey process to determine the best places to work. The first part consisted of evaluating each company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey conducted by each journal to measure the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top firms and the final ranking.
