Windes partners Kelly Buck, Lisa Carrick, and Bella Wang were recognized by the Los Angeles Business Journal (LABJ) as three of the fifty 2026 Women of Influence: Accountants in Los Angeles County.
This annual recognition celebrates the exceptional women who are making a meaningful impact at their firms, with clients, and in the broader accounting profession and business community. Nomination materials were submitted to the LABJ, and those selected for inclusion were reviewed by its editorial department and chosen based on a demonstration of impact on the profession and the Los Angeles community.
Kelly Buck, CPA, MAcct
Kelly Buck, CPA, MAcct, joined Windes in 2015 and is a partner in the firm’s Audit & Assurance Services department. Her practice focus includes audit, accounting, and consulting services for privately held businesses and nonprofit organizations. Kelly was also recognized by the LABJ as a “2026 Top 100 Accountants in Los Angeles.”
Lisa Carrick, CPA, joined Windes in 2004 and is a partner in the firm’s Audit & Assurance Services department. She heads the firm’s ERISA practice and focuses on audit and consulting services for employee benefit plans sponsored by private and nonprofit organizations, including 401(k), 403(b), profit-sharing, and ESOPs.

Bella Wang, CPA, MST, CGMA
Bella Wang, CPA, MST, CGMA, joined Windes in 2000 and is a partner in the firm’s Tax department. She heads the firm’s International Tax practice and has more than 30 years of experience in public accounting. Her practice focus is tax planning, consulting, and compliance for large and midsize domestic and international businesses and high-net-worth individuals. In 2021 and 2022, she was recognized by the LABJ as one of the “Leaders of Influence: Minority CPAs.”
