Reflecting the diversity of the communities we serve, Windes’ professional workforce is composed of 46% nonwhite individuals and 58% female, while our leadership is 29% nonwhite and 60% female. Our team speaks a variety of languages, including English, Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Hindi, Gujarati, Tagalog, Vietnamese, Korean, Hebrew, and Russian, enabling us to effectively serve clients from diverse backgrounds.

We also encourage our team’s engagement with various organizations that support diversity within the professional sphere, such as the National Association of Black Accountants (NABA), the Association of Latino Professionals in Finance and Accounting (ALPFA), and the National Pan-Asian Business Association (ASCEND).

WE LEAD Program

The Women’s Executive Leadership Education and Development (WE LEAD) program at Windes exemplifies the tangible strides we are making in leadership inclusivity. Initially focused on empowering women within our firm, the program’s outstanding success and high participation led us to welcome members of all genders. WE LEAD fosters leadership development through education, business opportunities, and creating a strong network of support, which are vital for paving the way to responsible and compassionate leadership.

Since 1926, Windes has proudly supported the nonprofit sector, with our partners and managers serving on more than 50 boards of nonprofit organizations.
