Kelly Buck joined Windes in 2015 and is a partner in the firm’s Audit & Assurance Services department. Recognized for her technical skills, collaborative leadership style, and commitment to developing people and organizations, Kelly is a trusted partner and mentor who contributes to firm leadership and talent development. Her practice focuses on audit, accounting, and consulting services for both privately held businesses and nonprofit organizations. With extensive experience across the professional services, manufacturing, distribution, and technology sectors, Kelly is also known for her expertise in the nonprofit sector. She works closely with service organizations, museums, and art and performance organizations.
Jeffrey Ehlers, CPA
Partner, Audit & Assurance Services
Jeff Ehlers joined Windes in 2018 and is also a partner in the firm’s Audit & Assurance Services department. He is a forward-thinking leader who has made a measurable impact on the firm and its clients. Jeff plays a critical role in shaping audit quality, innovation, and future-ready practices. He chairs the Audit Department’s Technical Committiee, where he leads firmwide implementation of evolving accounting and auditing standards, while also overseeing the firm’s Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with new Statements on Quality Management. Additionally, Jeff is a key contributor to Windes’ Technology and Innovation Committee and has led the redesign of the firm’s audit methodology, improving efficiency, realization, and scalabitlity.
