Chief Human Resources Officer Eileen K. Harris, Esq. has been recognized once again by the Orange County Business Journal (OCBJ) as a 2023 Distinguished Human Resources Leader. She was also honored in 2022, the award’s inaugural year.
Eileen is an integral member of the Windes leadership team, overseeing the firm’s hiring and retention strategies. She creates innovative programs that motivate the firm’s outstanding talent while fostering camaraderie, a sense of belonging, and a cheerful spirit. For more than 25 years, Eileen’s initiatives have promoted employee empowerment, high performance, organizational growth, and an abundance of fun. Her efforts consistently rank Windes as one of the best places to work in the nation, Southern California, and in both Orange and Los Angeles Counties.
Keeping Windes’ commitment to community strong, Eileen and her team organize the firm’s annual Windes Gives Back Day. On this day, instead of reporting to work, firm employees and partners volunteer their time at a local nonprofit. Community service is just one of the ways Eileen helps Windes give back to the communities where we do business. And in doing so, Windes has been named an honoree of The Civic 50 Orange County, which recognizes Windes as one of the most community-minded companies in OC.
“Eileen plays a pivotal role in the recruiting and retention of our exceptional talent,” says Windes Managing Partner James A. Cordova. “Her dedication to fostering a positive and collaborative team environment has created a culture that is second to none. We extend our sincerest congratulations to Eileen for her outstanding achievements.”
