Windes wrapped up its 2026 Summer Leadership Conference, welcoming 22 exceptional college students for a two-day experience focused on leadership development, professional growth, and career exploration in accounting and finance.
Throughout the conference, students engaged directly with Windes professionals and gained firsthand insight into career paths across tax, audit and assurance, and advisory services. In addition to learning from experienced team members, participants took part in social events and team-building activities designed to strengthen collaboration, confidence, and leadership skills.
“The Summer Leadership Conference gives students a meaningful opportunity to experience the people, culture, and career possibilities within public accounting,” said Eileen Harris, Windes Chief Human Resources Officer. “We were impressed by their curiosity, professionalism, and enthusiasm, and we look forward to watching them continue to develop as the next generation of leaders in the profession.”
