Lance G. Adams, CPA

Lance joined Windes in 2000 and is a partner in the firm’s Audit & Assurance Services department. Lance also leads the firm’s Transportation & Trade practice. He provides financial statement audit, internal control, and consulting services to middle-market businesses, both domestic and international. He is experienced in advising on complex accounting and reporting issues, which include corporate structures, equity and debt financing, and revenue recognition.

Lance services a wide range of industries, including transportation, maritime, manufacturing and distribution, technology, and government contractors.

Lance also has significant experience in auditing nonprofit organizations ranging from local organizations and chapters to international operating organizations.
