Windes has again been ranked among the Best Places to Work in Orange County in the midsize companies category by the Orange County Business Journal (OCBJ) and Workforce Research Group. This marks the fifteenth consecutive year that Windes has been recognized for this achievement.
This county-wide survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best places of employment in Orange County, California, benefiting the county’s economy, its workforce, and businesses. Organizations submitted detailed information about their workplace policies, practices, and demographics. To measure the employee experience, employees were asked to share honest feedback by completing an anonymous survey. Workforce Research Group managed the overall survey process and analyzed the data to determine the final ranking.
The ranking of the winning organizations was released via a special section of the Orange County Business Journal’s July 7 issue.
