Windes is pleased to announce the appointment of Courtney Brown as Partner in the firm’s Tax department as of December 1.
Courtney joined Windes in 2010 and has since been an integral part of the Tax practice. She specializes in tax planning and consulting for large, midsize, and small businesses, as well as tax compliance for corporations, partnerships, and high-net-worth individuals. Courtney’s expertise spans a wide range of industries, including real estate, professional services, and the unique sectors of oil, gas, and renewable energy, allowing her to deliver exceptional results to her diverse client base.
Courtney holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of California, Riverside, and a Master of Science in Accounting with an emphasis in Taxation from San Diego State University. She is a Certified Public Accountant and an active member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants (CalCPA).
