The “Best Accounting Firms to Work For” awards program aims to identify, recognize, and honor the top employers within the public accounting profession. It awards recognition to the top 100 firms across the country.
To determine the winners, accounting firms nationwide participated in a comprehensive two-part survey. The initial phase assessed each firm’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The second phase involved a detailed employee survey to gauge the overall employee experience. The combined scores from these assessments determined the top-ranking firms.
