Windes has again been named one of the Best Places to Work in Orange County by the Orange County Business Journal (OCBJ) and Workforce Research Group. This is the twelfth consecutive year Windes has been recognized in the annual survey and awards program designed to identify and acknowledge the best 100 employers in Orange County.
Workforce Research Group performed an in-depth assessment of Windes by gathering detailed information about the firm’s organizational policies, practices, and demographics. Employees were asked to share honest feedback by completing an anonymous survey also distributed by Workforce Research Group.
The data from participating companies were analyzed to rank each organization’s overall employee engagement and satisfaction to determine the Best Places to Work in Orange County. The OCBJ published the results in their July 4, 2022, issue.
