Windes has once again been ranked among the Best Places to Work in Orange County by the Orange County Business Journal (OCBJ) and Workforce Research Group. This is the thirteenth consecutive year Windes has been awarded this esteemed recognition for midsized companies in Orange County.
The annual Best Places to Work survey and awards program aims to identify, acknowledge, and celebrate outstanding workplaces in Orange County, California, positively impacting the county’s economy, workforce, and businesses. Organizations across Orange County submitted detailed information about their workplace policies, practices, and demographics. To measure the employee experience, employees were asked to share honest feedback by completing an anonymous survey worth approximately 80% of the total evaluation. Workforce Research Group managed the overall survey process and analyzed the data to determine the final ranking.
