We are pleased to announce the appointment of Kathryn Pulford as the Director of Business Development. This is a newly created position for the firm, and Kathryn will play a vital role in advancing Windes’ growth and business strategy.

Kathryn brings a strong background in strategic growth, partnership development, and market expansion across software, executive search, and financial services. Throughout her career, she has led high-performing teams, fostered key relationships, and delivered measurable results that support long-term success.
In her role at Windes, Kathryn will lead the firm’s business development efforts, focusing on expanding service lines, cultivating new opportunities, and supporting the firm’s strategic goals through sustainable, client-centered growth.
Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Marketing and Agribusiness Management from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, and a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.
