Windes has been selected by Best Companies Group as one of the inaugural 2025 Best Places to Work for Women in the United States. This new program highlights organizations nationwide that are creating positive and supportive workplace experiences for women, and Windes is proud to be among the first firms recognized.
Best Places to Work for Women is a survey-based initiative that evaluates workplace practices, policies, and demographics, combined with direct employee feedback through anonymous surveys. The results are benchmarked across participating organizations to determine the final list of honorees. Windes was honored in the Medium Companies (50–249 employees) category, joining a select group of firms acknowledged for their efforts to support and advance women in the workplace.
