This past September, when a surge of Covid-19 hospitalizations hit MemorialCare’s Long Beach Medical Center and Miller Children’s & Women’s Hospital Long Beach, Windes was there to help.
With Windes’ $10,000 support, hundreds of hot meals (ribs and all the fixings!) were delivered from local restaurant Johnny Rebs, providing dedicated frontline healthcare staff a much-needed break from hospital cafeteria food.
